By accessing and using the Tamil Nadu Physiotherapy Doctors Association (TPDA) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Membership Eligibility

• Doctor Members: Must hold a recognized degree in physiotherapy and be registered with the relevant medical council.
• Student Members: Must be currently enrolled in a recognized physiotherapy program.
• Membership is subject to verification and approval by the TPDA administration.

3. Registration Process

Registration requires accurate and complete information. Submitting false or misleading information may result in membership rejection or termination. All uploaded documents must be genuine and verifiable. Members are responsible for keeping their profile information up to date.

4. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are as determined by the TPDA administration and may be updated periodically.
• All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
• All payments made are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a payment is successfully processed, no refund, reversal, or cancellation will be entertained.
• Renewal fees must be paid before the membership expiry date to maintain active status.

5. Member Obligations

• Members shall maintain professional conduct in alignment with physiotherapy ethics.
• Members shall not misrepresent their TPDA membership status or credentials.
• Members are responsible for timely renewal of their membership.
• Members shall not use the TPDA membership for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TPDA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

TPDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

TPDA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for violation of these terms, professional misconduct, or submission of fraudulent information. Terminated members may not use TPDA credentials or represent themselves as TPDA members.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.

10. Amendments

TPDA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
